By accessing or using ScopeZero (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
ScopeZero is a carbon accounting and sustainability management platform. The Service enables users to upload utility bills, track emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3, manage facilities, and generate carbon reports. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated or modified from time to time.

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ScopeZero Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by applicable law.
We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScopeZero Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The emissions calculations provided by the Service are estimates based on the data and emission factors available. ScopeZero does not guarantee the accuracy of calculations for regulatory or compliance purposes. You are responsible for verifying results with qualified professionals where required.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it via Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
